DZ20 MCCB Ics=7.5kA Icu=15kA 100A 160A 250A 400A 630A
The DZ20 series molded case circuit breaker has a rated insulation voltage of 660V, AC 50Hz or 60Hz, a rated working voltage of AC400V, and a rated current of 1250A. Generally used for power distribution, circuit breakers with rated currents of 225A and below, as well as 400Ytype circuit breakers, can also be used for protecting motors. Under normal circumstances, circuit breakers can be used for infrequent switching of circuits and infrequent starting of motors.
Four pole circuit breakers are mainly used in 3 phase 4 wire systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage below 380V(400V), and rated current between 100 and 630A. They can protect users and completely disconnect the power supply, ensuring safety.
Distribution circuit breakers are used in distribution networks to distribute electrical energy and can serve as overload, short circuit, and under voltage protection for lines and power equipment.
Circuit breakers for protecting motors are used in distribution networks for starting and breaking squirrel cage motors during operation, as well as for overload, short circuit, and under voltage protection of motors.
This product complies with GB14048. 2 standard.

Note: 1. Users can select the specifications listed in the table according to their needs, but in one circuit breaker, it should not exceed the items specified in each cell of the table.
2. Auxiliary contacts 400A and above are two normally open and two normally closed, while those below 225A are one normally open and one normally closed.
3. The circuit breaker has under voltage release and shunt release. Its voltage specifications include 220V and
380V AC, and 110V and 220V DC. The voltage of the under voltage release is only available in AC specifications.
4. The alarm contacts are all one normally open and one normally closed contact;
5. There are no specifications for 248, 258, 278, 348, 358, or 378 in the shell frame grades of 100A and 225A.
*Duplex release - a release device with instantaneous release and thermal release.
This series of circuit breakers is based on the Y-type product and consists of four parts:insulation shell, operating mechanism, contact system, and separator. The operating mechanism of a circuit breaker has the function of quickly closing and breaking the contacts, and its”closing”, "opening”, "re closing", and"free separation"positions are distinguished by the position of the handle. The C-type, J-type, and G-type circuit breakers are derived from the Y-type basic product design(except for the C-type 160A). The J-type circuit breaker is a structural improvement of the contact of the Y-type circuit breaker, so that in the event of a short circuit, the moving contact can quickly disconnect before the mechanism operates, achieving the goal of improving the making and breaking capacity.
The G-type circuit breaker is a repulsive current 1imiting contact system composed of parallel conductors connected in series behind thee bottom plate of the Y-type circuit breaker. This system is longer than the repulsive contact of the J-type and has a larger breaking distance, so it can limit current more quickly.
The neutral pole (M)of a four pole circuit breaker is not equipped with a release element and is located at the rightmost position. During the opening and closing process, the neutral pole is specified to come into contact before the other three poles when closed, and then open after the other three poles when opened.
C-type circuit breakers are designed to meet the needs of distribution protection in power grids with transformers of 630KVA and below.
By using economical materials to simplify the structure and improve the process, they can achieve good economic results.
