JM1 Series MCCB

1. Purpose and Scope of Application

molded case circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as MCCB)is one of the new types of circuit breakers developed by our company using international advanced design and  manufacturing technology. According to its rated limit short-circuit breaking capacity(LCU), it is divided into four categories:C type(basic type), L type(standard type), M type(higher breaking  type), and H type(high breaking type). This product has the characteristics of small volume, high breaking height, short flying arc, and anti vibration, making it an ideal product for land and ship use. Its rated insulation voltage is 800V(JM1-63 is 500V), suitable for infrequent switching and infrequent motor starting in circuits with AC  50Hz, 690V and  below. The MCCB has overload, short circuit, and under voltage protection devices, which  can protect the circuit and power equipment from damage.

This product can be installed vertically or horizontally.

This product meets the  standards of IEC60947-2  and GB14048. 2.

3. The  operating current of  the electromagnetic separator used to protect the motor is 12In±20%(A)

4. When  the  external  voltage of  the separator is between 70% and 110%of  the  rated  control  power  supply voltage, it can reliably disconnect the circuit breaker.

5. When the power supply voltage drops to within the range of 70% to 35%of  the  rated working voltage of the deficient voltage separator, the deficient voltage separator can reliably disconnect the circuit breaker; 

When  the  power  supply  voltage  is  lower  than  35% of  the  rated  working  voltage  of  the under voltage separator, the under voltage  separator  can prevent the  circuit breaker from closing;When the voltage is higher than  85%of the rated working voltage  of the voltage  separator, the lack of voltage  separator  can ensure the reliable closure of the circuit breaker
