1 、Scope  Of  Use                                                                      

The DZ30 series small circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker)is a current limiting high breaking small circuit breaker with dual protection of overload and short circuit. It is suitable for overload and short circuit protection in civil residential distribution systems with AC 50Hz, 60Hz,rated working voltage 230V and below, and rated current up to 32A.The product complies with GB10963 and IEC60898-1 standards.

3 、Technical parameters and installation conditions

1. Rated    current:6,10,16,20,25,32A; Rated    voltage:AC230V; Breaking    capacity:3000A;

2. Protection level: IIb; Release characteristics: C-type characteristics; Damp heat resistance: Class 2; Mechanical life: 20000 times;

3. The upper limit value of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40℃,the lower limit value shall not be lower than -5℃,and the average temperature value within 24 hours shall not exceed+35℃;

Note  1:For working conditions with values of-10℃ or-25℃,users  must declare to the  manufacturer when  placing an order;

Note 2:For working conditions where the upper limit value exceeds+40℃ or the lower limit value is below -25℃,the  user should  negotiate with the  manufacturer.

4. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m; Pollution level: Level 3; Installation level: Class Il and Class II;

5. The relative temperature of the atmosphere does not exceed 50%when the surrounding air is+40℃.Higher relative humidity may be allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90%at+20℃.Appropriate measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature  changes.

6. The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5times the geomagnetic sound in any direction

7. Generally installed vertically, with the handle facing upwards indicating the power supply position, with a tolerance of 2°in any direction; There should be no significant impact or vibration at the installation site.

Using wiring terminals with clamps, suitable for 100mm ²Copper wires

below and below; Installed in all distribution boxes suitable for components,

with TH35-7.5 mounting rails as the installation guide.
