The ZQ600 series is a high-performance PLC introduced by Zhongchen. Its design and development fully comply with the PLC open specifications and IEC 61131-3 standards, supporting programming languages such as ST, LD, SFC, and CFC. It features a powerful CPU, a stable and reliable software and hardware system design, and extensive expansion capabilities. This series is primarily used in motion control scenarios and complex network configurations on production lines, particularly suitable for multi-channel servo control, EtherCAT ring networks, and the integration of multiple bus protocols.

· Up to four-core processor, up to 1.6GHz main frequency, nanosecond instruction processing speed.

· 500μs period 32 axis synchronous control, 1ms period 64 axis synchronous control.

· 128M Byte program capacity, 128MByte data capacity (including 5MByte support for power failure).

·EtherNet*2 (dual network IP) +EtherCAT*2, EtherCAT supports 32/64/96 axis control and can connect 256 EtherCAT slaves.

· Supports RJ45 network port protocol customization, and supports Modbus or EtherNet/IP with multiple IP addresses of different network segments through function expansion modules.

· The whole series supports EtherCAT linear, star and ring network topology. Brancher integration can be realized through expansion modules

· 32 QY20 series modules can be expanded locally, and the main body can save data without external UPS module.

· Use ladder diagram, function block and ST language in line with IEC 61131-3/PLCopen standard to effectively reduce project development hours and improve project development efficiency.

· Supports both ProfiNET master and slave stations, supports 63 Modbus TCP slaves and 50 OPC UA sessions (clients).

· Supports multiple serial ports, multiple CAN communication, RS485 single support for 31 slaves, CANopen supports 8 slaves.
