Gantry Robot

A gantry robot consists of four main components: traveling X-axis, traveling Y-axis, lifting Z-axis, fixture, and control system. It features motion with degrees of freedom (DOF), where the spatial angle between each motion DOF is a right angle. The robot is automatically controlled and reprogrammable, with all movements operating according to pre-set programs. Depending on different product characteristics and processing requirements, the gantry robot can be equipped with various mechanical fixtures, enabling high-speed, low-cost, and unmanned production.
